Cropped Flared Jeans
Cropped jeans are back for spring and can be skinny, straight, or flared. I made mine with consignment boot cut jeans and some scissors. Cut just above the ankle and pull individual fibres out with your fingers. The hem will become looser with each wash. My goal isn't a full fray, just a few loose threads. Try this hemline with ankle boots, flats, espadrilles and block heels.
